Our introduction to VisitPro coincided with the period when we started looking for more efficient solutions instead of the routine and inefficient paperwork exchange that had started to become common during entries to our facilities. Although we could generate many projects for our employees within the scope of the safety culture, we had noticed a lack of a different methodology for our visitors present in our facilities for a temporary period. With the implementation of VisitPro, we not only increased awareness among our visitors regarding occupational safety rules but also started receiving positive responses. Especially, the reduction in waiting time during entry to the facilities, thanks to the remote access feature of the system, is worth mentioning.
